How to do a Hawaiian party: Resfreshing drinks for Thermomix

Aloha, trotamundos!

As you can see, I come with a new post to organize your splendid luau, and this is the first culinary post! At home we have a Thermomix, a robot that helps you in the kitchen (it was the birthday present for my mother several years ago). The truth is that it's quite useful, so I've compiled some recipes from the book that came with the Thermomix (for me Thermomix is a girl). So yeah, I'm going to stop talking and I'll give you some refreshing recipes for those who also may have a Thermomix at home. By the way, all the recipes in this post are for 6 people, but you can change the amount of ingredients if you want to change the number of guests. Keep reading!


- STRAWBERRIES JUICE -
Ingredients:
- 250g of clean strawberries.
- 1 peeled lemon, without any white skin or speeds.
- 100g of sugar or the equivalent in saccharin.
- approximately 500g of water. 
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients into the glass. Program 1 minute in speed 5. Program 2 minutes speed 10. Enter the rack in the glass, hold it with the spatula and put the juice into a pitcher with ice cubes.

- MANGO JUICE-
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mango.
- 1 peeled lemon, without any white skin and seeds.
- 100g of sugar or the equivalent in saccharin.
- approximately 500g of water. 

Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients into the glass. Program 1 minute on speed 5 and 2 minutes in speed 10. Enter the rack in the glass, hold it with the spatula and pour the juice into a pitcher with ice cubes. 

Note: In the market there are several varieties of mango. Attempt to use the more meaty texture.

- LEMONADE -
Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 well washed lemons with skin and whole.
- 100g of sugar or the equivalent in saccharin.
- 1 liter of water.
 
Preparation: 
- Put all the ingredients in the glass. Close the machine, hold the cup with the left hand and press the turbo button with the right hand, holding it down during 2 seconds.
- Put the rack in the glass and, holding it with the spatula, put the lemonade in a pitcher with ice cubes.


- FROZEN FRUIT SORBET -
Ingredients:
- 800g or 1kg chopped and frozen fruit (IT can be several fruits or only one).
- 200g of sugar.
- 1 peeled lemon, without any white skeen or speeds.
- 1 egg yolk (optional).
 
Preparation:
- Remove the fruit from the freezer a few minutes before preparing the sorbet. Put them in the glass along with the remaining ingredients. Schedule progressive speed 5-10. Remove the beaker, put the spatula and move it left and right in order to cough down into the blades and crush.

- FAST LEMON SORBET -
Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 peeled lemons, without any white skin and seeds.
- 200g of sugar.
- 800g of ice cubes.
 
Preparation:
- Put the ingredients in the glass. Schedule 2 minutes, 5-10 progressive speed, keeping the first 30 seconds on speed 5 and passing through 10 until time runs out.
- Check that the texture is like a thick cream. If the straw is liquid, add more ice and blend again at the same speed. Pour the preparation in cups.
